Inspirations in life’s little moments

I have maintained the habit of keeping a diary since 2016, which is now seven years and still ongoing. One diary with 365 pages is for exactly one year.
Sustaining this daily habit is never easy, but the motivation behind springs from a genuine curiosity and a desire for self-exploration. I take pleasure in documenting my thoughts and emotions, reflecting my evolution and transformation over the years. It allows me to gain a deeper understanding of my personal journey.
My unique ceremony: finish the old and start the new at the same table at the same Cafe on the same day (August 5th, one day before my birthday) every year.I can’t guarantee to have my diary ceremony at the same cafe in Beijing every year in the future, but it would be fun to have my diary ceremony at different corners in the world! Stay tuned to my future diary ceremonies!

The random improvisation part of jazz fascinates me the most.
I go to local jazz bars whenever I visit a new place.
What attracted me most was the improvisation of musicians during the regular music, and the solo sessions of different musicians to express their emotions in the moment.

I am a swing dancer and also design for swing friends.
It's such a joy to enjoy dance with jazz and communicate with other dancers in this way.
I also designed logos for my musician friend's band and my dance studio.
