Brief

Use the government client's mobile app to modernize the airport's enrollment and arrival process by integrating intuitive app-based solutions with existing workflows, reducing applicant queues, and streamlining the user experience.

Solution

We developed 4 features to enhance user engagement and key feature adoption.
Additionally, we took a further step by conducting a thorough accessibility review of the current product, redesigning the design system and some mobile operations to enhance accessibility.

As the UX Design Lead of this project, I closely worked on designing a feature to improve the user experience in the form-filling process.


I was involved throughout the entire product lifecycle—from research and data analysis to wireframing, user testing, design iterations, and final high-fidelity design deliverables. I also facilitated client meetings and delivered the final presentation to the Deloitte team.


To collaborate effectively with teammates from non-UX backgrounds, I initiated an ideation workshop, raising UX awareness and involving the whole team in generating design ideas, which helped the UX team advance the work stream.

What I Learned
